Details: Product Description A pre-cooked chicken curry paste from ground fresh spices. Moderately spicy, for cooking traditional Malaysian Chicken Curry. Just add chicken, potatoes and coconut milk and your curry will be ready in 15 minutes. Ingredients Onions, SOY Oil, Garlic, Chilli (7%), Sugar, Salt, Curry Powder, Lemongrass, Flavour Enhancer: E621, Galangal, Turmeric, Ginger, Curry Leaf, Thickener: E1442, Turmeric Leaf. Directions Cooking Instructions (Serves 6-8): 1. Put 1 packet of Tean’s Gourmet Paste for Chicken Curry, 1.5 kg chicken pieces and 2 potatoes (cut into wedges) into wok. Mix and fry for 5 minutes on medium heat 2. Add in 250 ml to 500 ml of water and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes or until the meat and potatoes are cooked.
